May 2022 Market Update

Our team is excited to give you a quick market update for Calgary real estate in May 2022.

2022 has been an unbelievable year. Sales have been phenomenal—but the market is every shifting, and it is shifting again. We’ve had fantastic sales (over 1000 per week in Calgary) which is outstanding. 

But, we’re starting to notice a shift. Sales are now down to 650 to 750 per week, which is a big difference. This is still a great market, but things are definitely shifting and we want to make sure you’re fully educated on what’s happening.
